On a friend's request...... :-)

Mmm..we all know how important friends are, and the closest one especially. I promised a friend this morning, that I will write something as a reply to her post and believe you me, I was so stressed the whole day, as I was not able to take out time to do so, busy day with lots of work and so does the evening, due to a social commitment.

But, here I am, relaxed, happy and what now...!! Yeah, you guessed it right, I replied to the post, and before I hit the bed today, I am putting it up for all who may be reading my posts, although i am still not sure if anybody is seriously reading them, but, still I am posting it for all, who may enjoy reading these posts.

"लहलहा उठा है

अमलतास पीला पीला,

मौसम का हर रंग अलबेला,

चहक उठी है हर एक डाली

पीली पतंग की नीली डोर

चहकते पंछी चहुँ ओर,

हर ओर छायी हरियाली है

देखो आयी बसंत निराली है,

पीली पीली सरसो होगी

पीला होगा सूरजमुखी,

पीली हल्दी के हाथ लिए

चल देगी अब तेरी सखी,

पाखी उड़ते नीलगगन में

छायी उमँग है अब हर मन में,

थोड़ी ठंडक, थोड़ी मस्ती

अब दिखेगी इस पवन में,

कहीं लाल, कहीं गुलाबी,

कहीं खिलेंगे पीले फूल,

हँस देंगी अब नन्ही कलियाँ

भँवरों से अब घिरेंगी कलियाँ,

कैसी कैसी उड़ती पतंग

भर रही गगन में रंग,

आयी है बसंत मस्तानी

सब ऋतुओं की है ये रानी...."
